Founder and Director Alan Herrity established Momentum Search and Selection in 2013.  Alan has a wealth of international recruitment experience.  He started his career in London before spending 10 years in Brussels working in the Belgian, French and Luxembourg recruitment markets.

Alan’s experience in leading several recruitment businesses across multiple disciplines and sectors is fundamental to our success. He thrives on providing the right person for our clients and creating great career opportunities for the practitioners we represent.

Justin Curreen-Harris

Justin focuses on finding permanent career opportunities for the best talent in Agile, Business Agility and DevOps.  He also meets with our new and existing clients to help them improve their talent acquisition processes.

Justin joined our team as an experienced financial and professional services recruitment consultant, having previously worked as a Business Relationship Manager. He is a relationship driven recruiter that gets great job satisfaction from developing a good understanding of his clients and their culture to enable him to get the right fit every time.

Adam Parker

Adam joined our team as an experienced architecture and construction recruitment consultant, having previously worked as a Business Development Manager selling into the commercial construction market.

Adam is committed to providing outstanding service and delivering measurable results to clients and candidates alike in the IT fields of  Agile, Business Agility and DevOps.

He is an experienced recruiting professional with excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates. Adam is adept at candidate sourcing and selection, behavioural interviewing and relationship management.

Olivia Gash

Olivia began working with Momentum Search and Selection three years into its inception.  Olivia has a strong background in financial services and relationship management.

Her role as Company Secretary sees Olivia focused on assisting our business growth in addition to overseeing our accounts department.

A key motivator for Olivia is our ability to consistently ensure the right outcome for both the client and the practitioner.

Clare Chittenden

Our Executive Assistant, Clare, is responsible for our operations management, marketing and office management.  This enables the rest of the team to focus on recruitment.  Clare has been an office administrator since 2004 and ensures our business operates smoothly with an eye for future growth.  Clare enjoys being part of a business that is motivated to maintaining high-levels of service to both its clients and practitioners.
