Agile, DevOps and Continuous Delivery

Agile Coach:

Momentum Search and Selection placed a Lead Agile Coach who worked for one of the fastest moving organisations in a sophisticated and competitive market place. This practitioner is adept at working in mature and immature Agile environments and is experienced in Lean and Organisational Change Management. She has extensive hands on Scrum Master and Agile Coach experience. Her greatest asset is her ability to lead, coach and develop people.

She is skilled at working hands on with delivery teams, right up to training senior managers and Directors.


Iteration Manager

We placed a practitioner who we would describe as a pragmatist, who skilfully traverses between Iteration Manager and Senior Business Analyst roles. He has a proven track record of joining projects and initiatives which are already in-flight but where Agile delivery is not getting enough traction.

He has resolved these challenges via working closely with technology and the business and through first class mentoring of Iteration Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and Product owners. He builds credibility quickly with the business and technical teams and ensures successful agile delivery and capability uplift.


Agile Business Analyst

Momentum Search and Selection placed an Agile Business Analyst on an ongoing Digital Program of work. This practitioner excels at stakeholder engagement and at taking the lead to ensure that Agile ceremonies are run correctly. She has good exposure to organisational change and recognises the benefits of understanding the people who are impacted by change, their fears, drivers and helping them on the change journey.

Change Analyst, Activity Based Working

This Change Analyst focused on selected business units which formed part of the audience impacted by the overall program of work. She led engagement across business units, built a network of change champions and was actively involved in influencing at all levels.


Business Analyst, Client Facing

Momentum Search and Selection placed a Senior Business Analyst to work closely with our client’s biggest customer as part of a transformation initiative. The Senior Business Analyst works closely with the end customer on an innovative program of work using an Agile approach to delivery.


Organisational Change Lead

This practitioner has been placed by Momentum Search and Selection on multiple occasions. For this initiative, she was tasked with building a Change team for an in-flight transformation which had no change capability. This is an environment which was immature about how to approach change and the leadership involved.


Portfolio Change Manager, Digital

Our client had used direct sourcing methods and their panel to try and source this role which was challenging to fill due to the combination of Digital experience and deep change management background requirements. Momentum Search and Selection headhunted two candidates of which one was successful in securing the role.


Senior Change Manager

This practitioner was originally a recommendation from our “change network” and we assigned her to a large-scale transformation to be the “voice of the client” and work closely with the incumbent systems integrator in order to achieve a successful outcome in very challenging circumstances. She stands out because she thinks outside the square; she can shift effortlessly between the strategic and tactical levels and does not view things in strictly black and white terms. With more than 20 years’ experience in working in Change and Transformation she is particularly adept at working with challenging projects, timelines and stakeholders. Coming from an OD/HR background she has the ability and experience to deal with change resistant individuals and groups.

Payments as a Service Program Director

We were tasked by an existing client to source a Program Director to run the Asia Pac technology elements of a “payments as a service” transformation for one of their clients. The idea is to deliver this solution for a major client and to subsequently use this capability for further use with other customers throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.


Program Manager, Customer Centric Transformation

Our client has embarked on a major transformation and has adopted a key focus on customer centricity, ensuring an exceptional experience as part of this transformation.
The Program Manager runs a major stream of this transformation and reports into the Transformation Program Director. This is a program of work which has adopted a test and learn approach, delivering Agile at scale.


Program Manager, Health and Wellness Solution Roll-out

This practitioner has been placed by Momentum Search and Selection on several occasions. He was tasked with setting up a program of work for a business unit which is rolling out a cutting-edge health and wellness solution to various customers. Our practitioner has used a combination of Agile and Waterfall approaches to ensure a “fit for purpose” approach to delivery.


Senior Project Manager, Retail Banking Initiatives

Our practitioner has an extremely impressive profile. She has run programs of work from scratch, she has rescued troubled initiatives and has run complex programs with budgets up to $100m. She was assigned to the Retail Projects Division of a major Financial Services Organisation and successfully delivered a challenging Program of work, working across vendors, different businesses, infrastructure and systems.

Strategy Advisor, Target Operating Model

Our practitioner has been assigned to an organisation to assist the Chief Information Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and the Executive leadership team with regards to an approach for a Target operating model which will encompass several enterprise-wide approaches to domains such as Digital, Cloud, DevOps, Analytics and delivery of organisational change.


Integration Director, Major M&A Assignment

This practitioner replaced the incumbent to create and develop Organisational Transformation Strategy and a new operating model. She designed and implemented an oversight model for all Change impacts for the organisation which included auditing their total transformational agenda of programs to review alignment with strategy and whether they were appropriate projects to continue.


Customer Experience Design Lead

Our practitioner has been assigned to a leading organisation to assist them with the development of their strategy for their Customer Service Transformation Program.  This role includes advising Executives, re-design of processes and customer journey mapping in order to put in place a leading approach to customer insights and a first-class customer experience.
