On Tuesday 12th November, we hosted our third breakfast session for the Agile Change Leadership institute. These events are co-hosted by Momentum Search and Selection and the founders of the ACLI, Dr Jen Frahm and Lena Ross.
The Agile Change Leadership Institute, was designed to assist senior leaders and Executives to get up to speed with concepts and ideas behind delivering change in fast moving, agile environments.
To date, we have had attendees from AIA Australia, ANZ Bank, Target, Optus, Baptcare, OpenPay, Jetstar, Downstream, BUPA, Telstra, Medibank, ME Bank and MYER. We are proud that we have been able to facilitate great conversations and get our events up and running in a short space of time.
The format our third ACLI breakfast session was to use a Lean Coffee approach in order to encourage interaction and great conversation between industry peers.
The attendees chose nine questions we could potentially tackle during the session and we voted to do a deep dive into three of them.
- How do we measure change effectiveness in an agile environment?
- Enterprise Agile Culture (not just doing Agile, but being Agile)
- Overcoming resistance
Dr Jen Frahm and Lena Ross facilitated an excellent discussion about each question and attendees were very open and thought provoking with their insights and experience.
